Stress and injuries in the body are tied into our emotions and this form of energy healing is performed to assist the body to balance the flow of energy, which allows the body to heal. During a Reiki 1 class, students will learn the history of Reiki, information about the chakras, become attuned to this awesome healing art as a Reiki Level 1 practitioner, learn the 12 traditional hand positions used in Usui Reiki, and how to perform a Reiki session on yourself and others!
